Cloud consulting co. CloudThat plans $8-M IPO on GIFT City exchange
Bengaluru-based CloudThat plans to raise $8-M through an initial public offering (IPO) on the GIFT City exchanges. Global Horizons Capital Advisors is serving as the lead bookrunning manager for the transaction.Founded by Bhavesh Goswami, CloudThat is an enterprise cloud training and consulting firm that provides services to Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. The company intends to use the proceeds from the proposed IPO to fund acquisitions, recruit new personnel, secure additional office space, and scale its consulting and training operations.The company currently derives 90% of its revenue from India, with the remainder from international markets.
