Confectionary player Mrs Bectors Food raises Rs.400-Cr through QIP
Publicly listed, Ludhiana-headquartered Mrs Bectors Food Specialities has raised INR 400 crore through a QIP issue. It has allotted 25,80,645 equity shares of face value of INR 10 each, at INR 1,550 per equity share aggregating to INR 400 crore.Investors included FIIs and DIIs including Manulife, M&G, Axis MF, DSP MF, Canara Robeco MF, Bandhan MF and Baroda BNP Paribas MF. The issue was oversubscribed by about 14x times, generating an aggregate demand of INR 5,600 crore.
