Construction co. Nacdac's IPO sees 1,976 times subscription
The IPO of Ghaziabad-based construction company Nacdac Infrastructure was oversubscribed 1,976 times. The INR 7.28 crore offering attracted INR 14,386 crore in bids from 6.41 lakh applications.The non-institutional investor (NII) portion of the IPO was subscribed 2,635 times, while the retail investor segment saw 2,504 times subscription. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) category was subscribed 236 times. The shares were offered in the price range of INR 33-35 per share.For the year ended March 31, 2024, the company reported a revenue of INR 36.33 crore and a profit of INR 3.17 crore.
