Construction services firm CCCL to raise Rs.50-Cr from Systematic Conscom, others

Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd. (CCCL), a Chennai-based listed construction services company, plans to raise INR 50 crore through a preferential equity issuance to investors including Systematic Conscom Ltd., a company specializing in construction solutions. The company’s board has approved the issuance of up to 2,85,71,436 equity shares at a price of INR 17.50 per share.
