Corona Remedies’ Rs.655-Cr IPO subscribed 19x
Ahemadabad- Corona Remedies ' INR 655.37 crore IPO was oversubscribed 18.54 times. About 8.47 crore shares were bid against the offer of 45.71 lakh shares. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) subscribed 10.30 times and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) subscribed 60.90 times their respective quotas. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) submitted bids for 1.79 times their reserved shares.The IPO, entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) comprising 0.62 crore equity shares, had a price band between INR 1,008 and INR 1,062 per share.Corona Remedies owns 71 brands. The company maintains a presence across therapeutic categories such as women’s health, cardio-diabetes, pain management, and urology.
Between Jul-16 and Mar-21, Corona Remedies had attracted about USD 107.66 M from Creador and ChrysCapital.For FY25, Corona Remedies had reported about INR 1,196.42 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 149.93 Cr in PAT.
