CRDMO Anthem Biosciences’ promoter sells entire 3.05% stake for Rs.1,275-Cr
Promoter Aruna Ganesh has sold her 3.05% stake in Bengaluru-based Anthem Biosciences through a block deal, involving the sale of 1.71 crore shares at INR 744.8 per share. The transaction attracted interest from a group of domestic and foreign institutional investors.Anthem Biosciences is a contract research, development, and manufacturing organisation (CRDMO) that offers drug discovery, development, and manufacturing services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies globally.
In Apr 2021, Anthem Biosciences had attracted about $ 83 M from TrueNorth.For FY25, Anthem Biosciences had reported about INR 1,841 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 506 Cr in PAT.
