Data center operator Sify Infinit puts Rs.3700-Cr IPO on hold
Chennai-based Sify Infinit has paused its planned initial public offering of Rs.3700-Cr. The company, backed by Kotak Private Equity Group, was seeking a valuation of $4.2 B in the proposed offering.The firm is a data center operator that commissioned its first facility in 2000 and currently operates 14 data centers in India with a combined installed IT power capacity of 188.04 megawatts as of June 2025. The company plans to revisit the IPO proposal once market conditions improve.
