Depository firm NSDL’s Rs.4,000-Cr IPO subscribed 41 times

The initial public offering (IPO) of Mumbai-headquartered National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) was booked over 41 times. The price band of the IPO was fixed between INR 760 and INR 800 per share. The IPO comprises equity shares worth 5.01 crore.Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their allotted quota 103.97 times. Non-institutional Investors (NIIs) followed with a 34.98 times subscription, while retail investors subscribed 7.73 times.NSDL offers depository services across multiple asset classes, including equities, debt instruments, mutual funds, and other services to stakeholders in the financial market.

For FY24, NSDL had reported about INR 1,268 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 275 Cr in PAT.
