Mumbai-based Swara Baby Products plans to file draft papers for an initial public offering (IPO) within 10-15 days, looking to raise USD 100 million. The proposed share sale is expected to include both a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale (OFS).JM Financial and Avendus Capital have been appointed to manage the transaction.Swara Baby manufactures disposable hygiene products across baby care, adult incontinence, and feminine hygiene categories. The company claims to serve clients including Unicharm, Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark, and Kenvue. The firm intends to use the capital to support its operations and growth.
