Digital lender Kissht eyes fresh fundraise after Rs.926-Cr IPO
Kissht, operated by Mumbai-based OnEMI Technology Solutions , is considering a new round of fundraising four months after completing its initial public offering.The company is a digital lending firm that operates the platform Kissht. In May, it raised INR 926 crore through an IPO, which consisted of a fresh issue of INR 850 crore and an offer for sale valued at about INR.76 crore.Financial data indicates that the company’s operating revenue grew 45% year-on-year to INR 670 crore during the first quarter of FY27, while profit increased 58% to INR 95 crore. During the same period, its assets under management rose 61% year-on-year to INR 8,001 crore.

Between Jul 2016 and Apr 2024, Kissht had attracted about $ 152 M from Endiya Partners, Ventureast, Fosun Group, Sistema Asia Fund, Vertex, Sachin Bansal, Northern Arc Capital, Trifecta Capital, Others.
