Dixon Technologies’ promoter sells 2.77% stake for Rs.2221-Cr

Sunil Vachani, chairperson and promoter of Dixon Technologies, has sold a 2.77 % stake in the company through open market transactions, raising over INR 2,221 crore.The transaction involved the offloading of 1.67 million shares at an average price of INR 13,301.47 per share. Post the sale, Vachani’s personal shareholding in Dixon dropped from 5.34% to 2.57%. The overall promoter group’s holding in the company declined from 32.27% to 29.5%.
