DreamFolks' Rs.562-Cr IPO subscribed 57 times

The INR 562 crore initial public offering (IPO) of airport services aggregator DreamFolks Services was subscribed nearly 57 times. The quota for retail bidders was subscribed about 43.66 times, while the quota for institutional investors was subscribed 70.53 times. The issue is entirely an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1,72,42,368 equity shares with a face value of INR 2 each by its promoters Liberatha Peter Kallat, Mukesh Yadav and Dinesh Nagpal.
