Dubai's fashion retailer Apparel Group explores IPO of India arm

Dubai-based Apparel Group is exploring an initial public offering for its Indian business. The firm has initiated talks with bankers to assess market sentiment regarding a potential share sale for Apparel Group India. The offering could potentially occur later this year or in early 2027.Apparel Group India acts as a fashion and lifestyle retailer that manages over 20 brands and operates more than 300 stores across 50 cities. Its portfolio includes brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Aldo, Crocs, Charles & Keith, Dolce & Gabbana Beauty, Levi’s Kids, Tim Hortons, Inglot, Call It Spring, Nike Littles, and Jordan Kids.

For FY25, Apparel Group had reported about INR 1098 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 23 Cr in PAT.
