Electronics retailer Eastern Logica lists on BSE SME exchange

Kolkata-based electronics retailer Eastern Logica Infoway has listed on the BSE SME exchange. Eastern Logica came out with an initial public offering of 7,53,000 equity shares of INR 10 each at a price of INR 225 per share, aggregating to INR 16.94 crore. Oneview Corporate Advisors was the lead manager. Set up in 1995, Eastern Logica deals in multi-brand retail and retail selling as well as the distribution of branded smartphones, IT hardware, software and allied accessories and services.
