EMS firm Syrma SGS Technology files for Rs.1,200-Cr IPO
Chennai-based Syrma SGS Technology, an EMS player, has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with Sebi to raise INR 1,200 crore via an IPO. It will issue fresh equity shares worth INR 926 crore. Veena Kumari Tandon will offload 3,369,360 equity shares from her stake. Syrma SGS is a tech-focused engineering and design company that provides electronics manufacturing services (EMS) to global OEMs.
