Engg services provider Quest Global appoints 4 bankers for $1-B public issue
Belagavi- and Singapore-based engineering services firm Quest Global has appointed Axis Capital, Kotak Mahindra Capital, JM Financial, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup to advise on a planned initial public offering in Mumbai. The company plans to raise as much as USD 1 Billion through this share sale, which is expected to consist of a mix of new shares and a secondary sale by existing investors. The draft prospectus is expected to be filed by December.Founded in 1997, Quest Global provides engineering services across industries, including aerospace, defence, automotive, energy, technology, health care, and semiconductors. The firm employs more than 23,000 people across 20 countries.
Between May 2003 and Feb 2026, Quest Global had attracted about USD 1129-M from Hillhouse Capital, ChrysCapital, TrueNorth, Advent International, Bain Capital, GIC, and others.
