EPC player Technocraft Ventures’ Rs.150-Cr IPO subscribed 38.69 times
The initial public offer of Noida-headquartered Technocraft Ventures has been subscribed 38.69 times. The offering received bids for 32.17 crore shares against the 83.17 lakh shares available. Ahead of the public issue, the company raised INR 75.55 crore from four anchor investors by allotting 35.63 lakh shares at INR 212 per share.Founded in 1998 by Sanjay Tyagi, Technocraft Ventures is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company focused on executing turnkey public infrastructure projects, including water supply schemes, sewage treatment plants, and urban infrastructure for government agencies. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the fresh issue, amounting to INR 150 crore, to fund working capital requirements.As of July 15, 2026, the company held an unexecuted order book of INR 1,305.45 crore, primarily concentrated in the water and wastewater infrastructure segment. For the twelve-month period ending March 31, 2026, the firm reported a consolidated net profit of INR 43.32 crore and sales of INR 345 crore.
