FedBank Financial raises Rs.325-Cr from 22 anchor investors

Fedbank Financial Services (Fedfina) has raised INR 324.6 crore from 22 anchor investors ahead of its initial public offering by allotting 23.2 million shares at the upper price band of INR 140 per equity share. Key investors in the anchor book include HDFC Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance, SBI Life Insurance, Nippon Life India, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Societe Generale, and Goldman Sachs (Singapore). ICICI Securities Ltd, BNP Paribas, Equirus Capital Private Ltd, and JM Financial Ltd are the BRLM to the issue.
