Fidelity buys 2% stake in realty firm Lodha Developers for Rs.1,854-Cr

US-based financial services company Fidelity Investments, through eight of its affiliates, has acquired a 2% stake in publicly listed Lodha Developers for INR 1,864 crore from two promoter entities through open market transactions.The stake was sold by the company's promoter group entities, Hightown Constructions Pvt Ltd and Homecraft Developers and Farms Pvt Ltd, through an equivalent sale of shares at the same price.Founded in 1980 by Mangal Lodha and Abhishek Lodha, Lodha Developers develops realty projects across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru. The company focuses on luxury housing, urban infrastructure, and large-scale township developments under brands such as Lodha and Palava.
For FY25, Lodha Developers had reported about Rs.12,677-Cr in Operating Income and about Rs.2,190-Cr in PAT.
