Fractal Analytics readies IPO plans, targets $2.5 B valuation
Artificial intelligence and analytics solutions provider Fractal Analytics has begun the formal process to launch an IPO towards the second half of the year, valuing the Bengaluru-based unicorn at around USD 2.5 billion (INR 18,000 crore). The company plans to offer a 15-20% stake through the proposed IPO that could be a mix of primary and secondary offerings. JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Kotak Mahindra Capital are hired to manage the IPO.
