Freshworks to raise $912-M

California and Chennai-based SaaS solutions provider Freshworks is eyeing USD 912 million through its initial public offering (IPO). The company would sell 28.5 million of its Class A common stock between the price range of USD 28 to USD 32 per share valuing the company at around USD 9 billion. Freshworks plans to use proceeds from the IPO towards operating expenses, working capital, and capital expenditures. It may also use a portion of the proceeds to acquire complementary businesses, products, services, or technologies.
