Gaming co. Nazara raises Rs.220-Cr from SBI Mutual Fund
Gaming major Nazara Technologies has raised INR 220 crore from the asset management company SBI Mutual Fund. Nazara would issue 23.05 lakh equity shares at INR 954.27 apiece, translating to a fund infusion of INR 219.99 crore.With this capital infusion, facilitated by SBI’s Innovative Opportunities Fund, Nazara aims to bolster its expansion and growth efforts.
