GenXAI Analytics to raise Rs.55-Cr on NSE Emerge
Mumbai-based GenXAI Analytics plans to raise INR 55 crore through an initial public offering on the NSE Emerge platform. The company will issue 47.28 lakh equity shares within a price band of INR 110 to INR 116 per share. Choice Capital Advisors has been appointed as the bookrunning lead manager for the transaction.GenXAI Analytics is a provider of enterprise performance and analytics solutions, including services across ERP, EPM, data engineering, application development, and generative AI. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for capital expenditure related to the development of new products, repayment of borrowings and working capital requirements.
For FY25, Genxai Analytics had reported about INR 26 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 7 Cr in PAT.
