GQG Partners invests $1.1 B in Adani Power

Global investment firm GQG Partners has invested USD 1.1 billion (INR 9,000 crore) in publicly listed Adani Power by buying an 8.1% stake from the company's promoter Adani family. With this investment, GQG Partners has bought USD 4.2 billion worth of shares in Adani Group companies since March 2023 (when it first acquired almost USD 2 billion worth of shares in four Adani Group firms).
