Green energy financier IREDA's Rs.2,150-Cr IPO subscribed 39x
The INR 2,150 crore IPO of the Indian Renewable and Energy Development Agency (IREDA) - the public sector green energy financing firm - was subscribed 38.8 times. The quota reserved for retail individual investors was subscribed 7.7 times, qualified institutional buyers 104 times, and non-institutional investors (NIIs), 24 times. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of shares for INR 1,290 crore and an offer for the sale (OFS) of shares worth INR 860 crore by the government. IREDA is India's largest pure-play green energy financing NBFC.
