HDFC Bank sells its 3.20% stake in Protean eGov Technologies for Rs.150-Cr
HDFC Bank has sold its entire 3.20% stake (12,94,326 shares) in publicly listed, Mumbai-headquartered Protean eGov Technologies (formerly NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure) for INR 150.16 crore through an open market transaction. The shares were offloaded at an average price of INR 1,160.15 apiece.
