Heavy engg-focused Pioneer Fabricators to raise Rs.190-Cr in fresh issue
Meerut, Uttar Pradesh-based Pioneer Fabricators has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO).The proposed offering consists entirely of a fresh issue of shares totalling INR 190-Cr, with no offer for sale (OFS) component included in the transaction.Pioneer Fabricators is an engineering and heavy steel fabrication company that builds infrastructure, railways, and industrial projects. The firm plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue to support operations.
