Helmet-maker Studds Accessories’ Rs.455-Cr IPO oversubscribed 72x
The initial public offering (IPO) of Faridabad, Haryana-based helmets and motorcycle accessories maker Studds Accessories was oversubscribed 72.33 times. The IPO structure primarily consisted of an offer for sale (OFS), at a price band of INR 557-585 per share.Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) led the demand with a subscription of 159.98 times, followed by non-institutional investors (NIIs) at 76.62 times. The retail portion got subscribed 20.41 times. Studds Accessories had earlier raised INR 137 crore from anchor investors.
