The initial share sale of IKIO Lighting was subscribed 67 times. The QIB part was subscribed 165 times and the NII (non-institutional investor) part was subscribed 65.38 times. The retail investors portion was subscribed 14 times. The issue comprises a fresh equity issue of INR 350 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 90 lakh shares.
