India Pesticides' Rs.800-Cr IPO to open on June 23

Agrochemical technicals firm India Pesticides' INR 800-crore IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on June 23 and close on June 25. The company has diversified into manufacturing herbicide and fungicide technicals and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The public issue comprises fresh issue of shares worth INR 100 crore and offer-for-sale (OFS) of INR 281.4 crore by promoter Anand Swarup Agarwal and INR 418.6 crore by selling shareholders. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE. The book running lead managers to the issue are Axis Capital and JM Financial.
