Industrial gas player Ellenbarrie’s Rs.852-Cr IPO subscribed 22.19 times
The initial public offering of Kolkata-headquartered Ellenbarrie Industrial Gases was subscribed 22.19 times. The issue received bids of 33.53 crore shares against the offer of 1.51 crore equity shares. The IPO came out with a price band of INR 380-400. QIB portion was subscribed 64.23 times, while NIIs by 15.21 times and the retail portion by 2.14 times.The firm intended to raise INR 852 crore with the offer for sale of INR 452 crore and fresh issue of shares worth INR 400 crore.
