Industrial machinery maker Ace Designers weighs $400-M IPO
Bengaluru-based Ace Designers has initiated talks for a potential initial public offering to raise USD 400-M. The company has begun soliciting pitches from banks and is expected to appoint advisors for the transaction. The potential offering is being structured to include a combination of fresh shares and a sale by existing shareholders.Founded in 1979 as a design consulting firm, Ace Designers has transitioned into a manufacturer of CNC turning and machining centers. The firm reported annual revenue exceeding INR 28-Cr for the fiscal year ending March 2026. The company received INR 12-Cr from Kotak Alternate Asset Managers last year to support the construction of a new manufacturing facility and drive its product expansion and international growth initiatives.
