Inox’s EPC arm Resco Global Wind to raise Rs.350-Cr

Vadodara, Gujarat-based Resco Global Wind Services Pvt Ltd , a subsidiary of Inox Wind Ltd (IWL), is to raise INR 350 crore through an equity issue to investors for a single-digit stake. Inox is a wind energy solutions provider and Resco Global is its engineering, procurement, and construction subsidiary.
