Bengaluru-based Integrum Energy Infrastructure has filed preliminary papers to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO). The transaction is managed by book-running lead managers Mefcom Capital Markets, Centrum Broking, and Beeline Capital Advisors.Founded in 2021 by Anand Lahoti, Integrum Energy Infrastructure is an integrated renewable energy and energy-management platform focused on serving commercial and industrial customers, with a primary focus on hybrid, wind and solar projects. As of August 31, 2026, the company had commissioned 263.19 MW of renewable energy capacity and maintained an executable order book of 241 MW.The company plans to use the proceeds from the fresh issue to fund its working capital requirements, invest in its subsidiary Integrum Green Assets for the procurement of wind turbine generators and associated equipment, and repay outstanding borrowings. Additionally, the funds will support a strategic investment to acquire a controlling interest in Stactiv Energy Services.
