The initial public offering (IPO) of Mumbai-headquartered DAM Capital Advisors was subscribed 81.88 times. The subscription from non-institutional investors stood at 98.47 times while the retail investors had subscribed 26.80 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) had subscribed to the allotted portion 166.33 times.Since the IPO is entirely an offer for sale (OFS), the proceeds from the offer will go to the selling shareholders.
