Investment mgmt advisory co. WhiteOak Capital plans Rs.1,500-Cr IPO
Former Goldman Sachs executive Prashant Khemka-founded, Mumbai-based WhiteOak Capital is preparing for an initial public offering (IPO) to raise INR 1,500-Cr. The firm eyes a potential valuation of INR 9,000-Cr upon listing.Established in 2017, the firm manages about USD 13-B in assets across funds domiciled in India and overseas. It increased its authorised share capital tenfold to INR 1,275-Cr in December 2024 and established an employee stock option pool.
For FY25, WhiteOak Capital had reported about INR 155 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 17 Cr in Net Loss.
