InvIT Raajmarg Infra mulls share sale
Raajmarg Infra Investment Trust is evaluating a share issuance to fund the acquisition of new assets. The trust is considering either a qualified institutional placement or a follow-on public offer, with a preference for the latter to increase unit ownership among retail buyers. An independent adviser is currently working with the firm to identify and value potential toll road assets for purchase.The firm debuted on Indian exchanges in March following a Rs.6-B IPO that was subscribed 13.88 times. The National Highways Authority of India currently holds a 15% stake in the trust, while individuals hold 7%, and the remaining units are held by institutions. As of March 2026, the trust reported net assets worth Rs.6,043-Cr.
