IPOs of Deepa Jewellers, Cotec Healthcare get Sebi’s nod
Hyderabad-based Deepa Jewellers and Roorkee, Uttarakhand-based pharmaceutical CDMO Cotec Healthcare , have received final observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to proceed with their respective initial public offerings.Deepa Jewellers, incorporated in 2016, specializes as a business-to-business (B2B) processor and supplier of hallmarked gold jewellery, primarily focusing on 22-karat gold products. Its operations involve an outsourced manufacturing model supported by approximately 40 karigars, and it claims to serve 315 customers across 13 states and one union territory. The company’s IPO structure includes a fresh issue of shares of up to INR 250 crore and an offer for sale of 1.18 crore shares by promoters Ashish Agarwal and Seema Agarwal. The company intends to use the proceeds from the fresh issue to support its business operations.Cotec Healthcare, a contract development and manufacturing organisation, serves pharmaceutical companies across various therapeutic segments, including antibiotics, cardiovascular, and women’s healthcare. The company manages a manufacturing facility in Roorkee with an installed capacity exceeding 4 Billion units and exports its products to 14 countries. The company reported serving 154 customers in FY25.
For FY25, Cotec Healthcare had reported about INR 192 Cr in Operating Income and about INR 20 Cr in PAT.
