Bhubaneswar-based IT consulting services provider CSM Technologies has concluded its initial public offering, achieving full subscription. The company aimed to raise INR 145.78 Cr through a fresh issue of 1.29 crore equity shares. The offering saw interest from retail investors, who subscribed 1.31 times.Founded in 1998, CSM specialises in digital transformation and IT consulting and provides solutions to governments and public enterprises worldwide. The company intends to use the proceeds to support its ongoing business operations and service expansion.
