IT services co Naapbooks lists on BSE Startups

Naapbooks Ltd became the 11th company to be listed on the BSE Startup Platform on September 15, 2021. Naapbooks came out with an initial public offering of 5,39,200 Equity Shares of INR 10 for cash at INR 74 per share, aggregating to INR 3.99 crore. The company completed its public issue on September 06, 2021. Ahmedabad-based Naapbooks is engaged in the business of developing and providing Fintech, Cloud Consulting, Block chain App, Mobile App, Web App, Embedded App products to its clients. GYR Capital Advisors was the lead manager for Naapbooks.
