Mumbai-based C5i has revived plans to raise Rs.1,000-1,200 Cr through an IPO. The company has initiated discussions with investment banks, including ICICI Securities, to assess market appetite and structure the syndicate.Founded in 2000 by Ashwin Mittal, C5i assists enterprises in digital transformation through artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and data-led insights.The company intends to utilize the proceeds from the public listing to support inorganic growth and strengthen its intellectual property, talent, and client relationships.
