Karnataka Bank to raise Rs.100-Cr from ICICI Lombard
Mangaluru-headquartered private lender Karnataka Bank is to raise INR 100 crore through preferential shares from ICICI Lombard General Insurance as a part of its plans to shore up INR 700 crore in fresh equity. The bank would allot shares at INR 265.06 apiece.
