Krishna Defence's public issue for INR 11.89 crore is opening on 25th March 2022 and will close on 29th March 2022. The public issue includes a fresh Issue of up to 30,48,000 equity shares of the company. The company intends to use the proceeds to meet its working capital, general corporate and issue expense requirements.
Mumbai-headquartered Krishna Defence & Allied Industries Ltd (KDAIL) manufactures defence application products, dairy equipment products and kitchen equipment.
