Krishna Defence's Rs.11.89 Cr IPO opens this week

Krishna Defence's public issue for INR 11.89 crore is opening on 25th March 2022 and will close on 29th March 2022. The public issue includes a fresh Issue of up to 30,48,000 equity shares of the company. The company intends to use the proceeds to meet its working capital, general corporate and issue expense requirements. Mumbai-headquartered Krishna Defence & Allied Industries Ltd (KDAIL) manufactures defence application products, dairy equipment products and kitchen equipment.
