Latent View Analytics' Rs.600-Cr IPO subscribed a record 338 times

Chennai-based data analytics services company Latent View Analytics' INR 600 crore IPO received record bids with the issue getting subscribed 338 times, making it the most-subscribed IPO ever. The issue got bids for 572.18 crore shares worth INR 1.12 lakh crore. The earlier best was the 304 times subscription for Paras Defence's IPO (in September 2021). Latent View was selling 1.75 crore shares in the offering. The portion reserved for non-institutional investors garnered approximately 850.66 times subscription, a record for an INR 500 crore plus IPO. The retail portion was subscribed 119 times, and institutional investors bid for 145.48 times the shares set aside for them. The issue was fully subscribed within the initial 45 minutes on the first day.
