Logistics co CJ Darcl plans Rs.600-Cr IPO
Trucking and logistics company CJ Darcl will file the draft red herring prospectus next week for its intended IPO. The company aims to raise up to INR 600 crore via the share sale and use the procees to fund its expansion plans. It had an annual revenue of INR 3,000 crore and is aiming for a valuation of INR 2,500 crore. CJ Darcl is a joint venture of Darcl, a 50-year-old trucking company, and South Korea's CJLogistics.
