M&M unit offloads 3.58% stake in Spain-based CIE Automotive for 119-M euros

Mumbai-based Mahindra & Mahindra's wholly owned subsidiary, Mahindra Overseas Investment Company (Mauritius) Ltd (MOICML), has divested a 3.58% stake in Bilbao, Spain-based CIE Automotive S.A .CIE Automotive manufactures components and sub-assemblies for the automotive industry. The company supplies these parts for various vehicle systems, including the engine, gearbox, chassis, and roof, using a range of technologies like forging and machining.
