Mahindra Holidays to sell its 11% stake in rewards programme co Nreach for Rs.29-Cr
Mumbai-based, publicly listed Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd is selling its entire 10.76% stake in Nreach Online Services Pvt Ltd to Gift Management Asia Pte Ltd for INR 29.31 crore. Nreach operates rewards and incentives platform Xoxoday. The deal is expected to go through by July 31, 2022. Mahindra Holidays had invested in Nreach Online in October 2016. Gift Management Asia is in the business of loyalty programme management and development across the globe.
