Managed office space provider Smartworks trims stake in associate co. Cleanmax DOS for Rs.99-L
Delhi-based publicly listed managed office space provider Smartworks has sold part of its stake in its associate company Cleanmax DOS Pvt Ltd to Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions for about INR 99 lakh. Smartworks has reduced its stake in Cleanmax from 24.82% to 9.08%.
