The initial public offering (IPO) of Faridabad-based non-ferrous metal recycler CMR Green Technologies Ltd has been subscribed 127 times on the final day of bidding. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portion was booked 270.46 times, while the non-institutional investor (NII) quota was subscribed 172.34 times. The retail segment saw a subscription of 27.02 times.The IPO is entirely through an Offer for Sale (OFS) by promoter Mohan Agarwal, members of the promoter group, and investor Global Scrap Processors Ltd. Founded in 2006, CMR Green Technologies processes and manufactures various metal alloys and furnace-ready scrap, including aluminium, zinc, stainless steel, copper, brass, lead, and magnesium.
